Items were damaged on delivery. What happens if there is a complaint?
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to report the case. Please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the complaint and we will take care of everything else. We will pay the return shipping fee. After receipt of the goods in our warehouse, the money will be refunded.
Important; the tracking number for the return should be kept for your security until the return is completed.
How long does the delivery time take?
The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days. Furthermore the delivery times differs depending on the country and can take up to 2 weeks.
How does the return work?
You have a 14-day right of return after receiving the goods. Please write an email to email@example.com stating the reasons for the return and simply send it back. The customer bears the return shipping fee himself. After receipt of the undamaged goods in our warehouse, the money will be refunded. Products and product packaging must not be damaged.
