Tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 means that the Towel to Go hammam towels have been tested for a range of harmful substances, optical brighteners or similar. The hammam towels are free of harmful substances and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. High-quality materials made of natural fibers are used for production, which can come into contact with the skin without hesitation.

The hammam towels are free of plastic and are made of 100% natural fibers. They last forever due to the weave and are very robust. This guarantees a long service life because they are not replaced often.

Our colored gift boxes are also made from recycled cardboard and round off the package perfectly.

It is particularly important for us to consciously strengthen fair trade, which is why we only work with selected weaving mills. The production facility is located in Bolduan, Türkiye. In order to guarantee the quality of the hammam towels, care is taken to retain the traditional weaving.

We also welcome the high proportion of female staff here. In this way we can still contribute in the region to women being able to gain financial independence by working for Towel to Go hammam towels.

Before the first wash, make sure that the knots of the fringes are tightly closed so that they don’t come loose during washing. If you want to strengthen the fiber’s durability and improve moisture absorption, you can soak the Towel to Go Hamam towel in cold water for 12 hours. For colored towels, you can add a splash of vinegar. Although this is not necessary, it will help prevent the towel from shrinking.

Afterward, you can wash the Hamam towel at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius. Colored towels may still bleed slightly, so it’s recommended to wash them separately or with similar colors for the first few washes.

To maintain the towel’s moisture absorption, avoid ironing or using fabric softener on Hamam towels.
