1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers (B2C).

The contract language is English and German.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order via email confirmation or dispatch the goods.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment is currently available via:

We reserve the right to offer additional payment methods (e.g., credit card, SEPA) in the future.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide.

Shipping times and conditions are specified in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., email).

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after withdrawal.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

8. Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days.

This means you may return goods within 30 days of receipt, even after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Conditions:

-> Items must be unused and in original condition

-> Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

Liability for indirect damages, in particular loss of profit, is excluded.

12. Gift Cards and Discount Codes

Gift cards and discount codes are subject to specific conditions:

-> They may be limited in time

-> They may be restricted to certain products

-> They cannot be redeemed for cash

-> Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated

13. Jurisdiction

If the customer is a consumer, the applicable statutory provisions apply.

For business customers (if applicable), the place of jurisdiction is Germany.

14. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms of Service be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
