Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within 1 month without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is deemed met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Affiliated/Funded Businesses
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation.
General Information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. 2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect. 3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
