With which delivery service will the order be sent?
We work with GLS, DPD and DHL. Here you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment (We do not have control over which courier company will handle the shipment. Our products are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner.)
Please note: We are unable to deliver packages to parcel stations at this time.
Which countries are delivered to and what are the delivery costs?
Depending on the quantity and country category, the delivery costs differ. To find out the price based on the delivery address, please check your shopping cart.
We offer fast and cost-effective shipping anywhere in the European Union and some third countries from our warehouse in Venlo, Netherlands.

Item was damaged upon delivery. What happens in the event of a complaint?
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to report the case. To do this, please write an email to hello@toweltogo.com with a detailed description of the complaint and we will take care of everything else. We bear the return shipping fee. After the goods have been received in our warehouse, the money will be refunded.
Important; The return tracking number should be retained for your safety until the return is completed.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days. Depending on the country, the delivery time varies and can take up to 2 weeks.
