If you’re not happy with your product or want to exchange it within 30 days of purchase, we’re here to help!

To do this, please write an email to hello@toweltogo.com stating the reasons for the return and simply send it back. The customer bears the return shipping fee himself. Once the undamaged goods have been received in our warehouse, the money will be refunded. Products and product packaging must not be damaged.

Important; The return tracking number should be retained for your safety until the return is completed.
